Body Temperature Of 30 Degrees Celsius
Hello doc. Right now everywhere check body temperature. I work at the mall. So every time I must check the temperature. When I raise my body temperature, it can be 30 or 31 degrees Celsius. If it is only 33 in the afternoon or evening I don’t feel cold. Is that normal doc? I read normal human body temperature range 36-37 Thank you
Hello Widychh 28, Thank you for the question.
Normal human body temperature ranges from 36.1 C to 37.2 C, measured with a thermometer in the armpit. This measurement of body temperature can vary throughout the day depending on the ambient temperature, physical activity, body metabolism, and gender. Women can have a higher body temperature due to hormonal fluctuations. The result of body temperature of 30-33 C is an incorrect / incorrect measurement. This measurement error in body temperature can be caused by:
error in the way of measuring body temperature
error thermometer used when measuring body temperature. In some public places today many use a firing thermometer, but, after tracing, it turns out the firing thermometer is not commonly used to measure human body temperature but is used to measure the temperature of objects or machines. Maybe this is also one of the causes
My advice, please buy your own thermometer like mercury thermometer or digital thermometer and then do your own measurements at home. Measurement of your own body temperature is what you should make a reference to find out whether your body temperature is normal or not.
Hopefully this information helps you.
