Oa genu sinistra grade I what do you mean?
OA is an acronym for a medical condition called Osteoarthritis.
OA is a medical condition in which arthritis occurs when the tissues in the joints wear out.
OA genu sinistra means that the arthritis occurs in your knee joint on the left side of your body.
OA has stages or levels of severity, namely =
Grade 0 = healthy joints without OA Grade 1 = joints showing minimal bone growth, generally without pain or significant complaints. Grade 2 = joints showing abnormal bone growth that is heavier than grade 1, but cartilage, joint fluid is still good. Usually accompanied by pain. Grade 3 = Joint cartilage begins to be affected and damaged and there is a narrowing of the joint cavity and reduced joint fluid. Accompanied by complaints of pain, stiffness when getting up or standing or sitting for a long time. Grade 4 (severe) = joint cartilage is lost, joint fluid is reduced, the patient complains of pain and may even be accompanied by an inability to move the knee joint. Consult your orthopedic doctor to get a healthy knee joint and prevent worsening of your OA.
