Breast Swelling In Children?

Hello, permission to ask my 8-year-old child now in 3sd grade school. I want to ask the left side of my son’s hard milk since childhood … Is that normal …. but the shape is not enlarged at all. thanks before

1 Answer:

Hello Apandi, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.

To ascertain whether the complaint is a normal condition or not, you should take your child to the doctor for a direct breast examination.

After examination, if an abnormal condition is found, such as a lump in the breast (breast tumor), breast enlargement prematurely (early puberty), or an inflammation of the breast glands, then it will be determined what therapy or medical treatment should be given for your child. Does not rule out the possibility that your child is recommended to be referred to certain specialists to get further therapy.

In the meantime, other than checking these complaints to the doctor, there are no medicines that are recommended for consumption / use by your child without clear instructions from the doctor. It is also not recommended to press the breasts that are experiencing complaints to prevent worsening of the condition.

I hope this helps.
