Breastfeeding When The Mother And Baby Are Cold?
Hello I want to ask. I was sick from a cold this morning with a cold. At first the baby was okay because I didn’t give milk, but because my breast hurts, I didn’t drink the baby so I drink it. Well, it’s not like that then my baby has a cold too, so I’m fussy. Gmn handle it. Do I stop breastfeeding?
Thank you, Mother

Use a mask to reduce the risk of spreading the virus that causes the disease. try not to sneeze or cough near the baby. and limit physical contact with your child such as kissing him / her get enough rest, it is important for mothers to recover quickly by giving while lying down or pumping breast milk, then asking for help to those closest to give breast milk do not take cold medicine during breastfeeding because of safety considerations immediately consult a doctor first if you want to consume drugs. breastfeeding when the flu can still be done. but must be done carefully.
