Hello Wiwin, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
I will try to help answer.
Complaints rather fever, breathing feels heavy, body aches, and weakness can be caused by:

coronary heart disease is a disease that occurs in the heart caused by blockages that occur in blood vessels, which will cause blood flow to the heart becomes obstructed. Symptoms include chest pain such as pressure or squeezing, pain radiating to the arms and back, shortness of breath.
myocardial infarction is a sudden decrease in blood flow to the heart. Symptoms include chest pain such as crushed, pain radiating to the hands, tightness, nausea, vomiting.
Regarding corona virus, there are several symptoms experienced such as:
Out of breath
Plus a history of traveling to areas affected by the corona virus outbreak, or making contact with people who suffer from corona.
If complaints such as high fever, coughing, severe shortness of breath arise, take it immediately to the nearest hospital for further treatment.
Some things you can do at home, to prevent yourself from the corona virus are:
Avoid activities outside the home
Avoid making contact, especially physical contact with other people
Use a mask if you want to leave the house
Use a mouth cover if you sneeze or cough
Get enough rest, eat healthy and nutritious food, and multivitamins.
Thus a brief explanation from me, hopefully can help. thanks.
