Brown Spots Come Out A Week Before Menstruation?
Good afternoon. I want to ask this… this 4th month I’ve had brown spots for 4 days. Very little, just a speck.. the flel appeared 1 week before my menstrual schedule. The spots are accompanied by dizziness in the breasts, there is pain “lower abdominal cramps.. I had a test but the result is still negative.. because it’s not too late… what are the spots that I bleed from implantation blood.. the color of the blood is brown. I think I’m menstruating. But up to 4 days there is no discharge from menstruation as usual… thank you..
Thank you for your question. Bleeding can occur outside the menstrual period. Bleeding that occurs can only be in the form of spots. This condition can be caused by:
hormonal disorders, for example due to excessive physical activity, drastic changes in body weight, high stress levels, thyroid hormone disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome, ovulation, which is the release of mature eggs from the ovaries. Bleeding is usually found in the middle of your menstrual cycle, implantation bleeding, sexually transmitted infections, pelvic inflammation, may be caused by implantation bleeding, especially if you have had sex before. If the bleeding is light and has stopped, there's nothing to worry about. Please you wait for your period. If you have missed your period for a week, you can do a test pack to find out if you are pregnant. Testpack aims to detect hormones that are formed due to pregnancy from urine. If the results of the test pack are negative and you still haven't had your period in the following week, you can repeat this test pack or immediately consult an obstetrics and gynecologist for further examination.
In the meantime, do the following suggestions:
manage psychological stress well, avoid excessive physical activity, maintain an ideal body weight, but avoid strict diets, increase the consumption of nutritious foods. Hopefully this information is useful.
