Need to be clarified, when is your estimated menstrual schedule supposed to be? Are your periods always regular every month?
Discharge of blood spots from the birth canal after sexual intercourse can be a natural thing due to menstruation. Menstruation normally occurs every 21 to 35 days, and comes with a duration of 2 to 8 days. This condition is certainly not dangerous as long as it does not occur repeatedly (more than 2 times) and is not accompanied by an unpleasant odor, itching, burning, or abnormal vaginal discharge. In addition to menstruation, these spots can also occur if you use certain contraceptives, such as the IUD.
The following are the initial steps you should take so that the complaint does not recur:
Make sure you are not menstruating when having sex --- having sex during menstruation can increase the risk of infection transmission. Always keep your vagina clean. Avoid casual sex. Perform adequate foreplay before penetration of the penis into the vagina. Avoid excessive masturbation. repeated more than 2 times, then you should be careful. Especially if the spots are accompanied by an unpleasant odor, itching, burning, or abnormal vaginal discharge. It is feared, this complaint is caused by:
Pelvic inflammatory disease Endometriosis (abnormal growth of the endometrium outside the uterus) Sexually transmitted infections, such as genital herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis Cervicitis (inflammation of the cervix) Cervical cancer (malignant tumor of the cervix), etc. to check with a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, yes.. Doctors can perform follow-up tests, such as ultrasound, IVA test, or pap smear so that treatment can be carried out appropriately according to the underlying cause.
Hope it helps ya..
