Symptoms in the form of brown spots on the skin of your body can be a sign of the conditions below, namely:
1. Mole or nevus pigmentosus in its medical language. Namely changes in skin color becomes darker (black or brown) due to the accumulation of a lot of melanocytes (skin color pigments) on the skin. This condition is influenced by genetic or hereditary, hormonal changes when entering adolescence, race, and sun exposure.
2. Skin tags, namely meat growing on the skin that comes from the epidermis layer of the skin. Growing flesh can be skin-colored and can also be dark in color.
Generally this condition does not interfere with general bodily health. It's just that it will interfere in terms of aesthetics, especially if there are parts of the body's skin that are often exposed. For the time being, keep wearing clothes that can completely cover your body skin. This is to avoid further addition of spots. Besides that, also use a hand body that contains SPF periodically, every 3 hours and every time you sweat, because SPF dissolves easily with water. Use a minimum of 22 SPF.
If the spots become painful or itchy, bleed easily, uneven edges, change color or there are various colors on one spot, you should immediately consult with a dermatologist so that further examination and treatment can be done. These signs are a symptom of potentially malignant spots or cancer.
