Hi, thanks for the question.

Bruises or bruises are lesions on the skin caused by rupture of blood vessels after invasive actions such as taking blood or due to collisions / blows that cause blood to come out of blood vessels, causing discoloration of the skin. Initially red color that occurs 1-2 days after injury, then blue, purple, or even black after a few days, and then turns yellow or green about 5-10 days, and then becomes light brown in 10-14 days, which over time will disappear. This condition is generally harmless and can heal on its own. To speed healing, we recommend:

Cold compress with ice water or ice on the bruised part for 10-15 minutes, 3-4 times a day.
Warm compresses on bruising after 48 hours bruising occur
Avoid heavy activity on bruised areas, such as heavy lifting for several days after bruising occurs
Perform a healthy lifestyle to speed up the healing process.

Thus, hopefully useful.
