Calculation Of HPHT Date (first Day Of Last Menstruation)?
Hello. I’m Yuli from Pati. I want a little story, this is my period for 5 days. who should menstruate on 4 oct, so go forward on 30 sept. But that’s just a spots, when on October 4 I got my period. Now that’s my question, how much do I get? Date 30 or date 4 ok? Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. Hopefully the doctor is always healthy and blessed by God. thanks.
Thank you for the question.
Naturally, menstruation will occur for 2 to 8 days. As for the blood spots that come out on the menstrual schedule can occur due to many factors, including due to injury in the birth canal (for example due to having sex or after being injured while cycling), impaired hormonal balance (such as when stressed, exercise is too extreme, eating disorders, fatigue , or taking certain hormonal drugs), disorders of the reproductive organs (such as cysts, polyps, cancer, inflammation, endometriosis), blood clotting disorders, and so on. Spots like this, if they occur only once and are no longer repeated, are often harmless and can be improved by the discipline of living a healthy lifestyle, maintaining the cleanliness of sex organs, and only having safe and responsible sex.
Referring to your statement, if on September 30, 2019 you only experienced spots, while on October 4, 2019 there was a heavy menstrual period, then your HPHT (the first day of your last menstruation) is most likely to fall on October 4, 2019.
However, to confirm this, it would not hurt you to consult further with a doctor or obstetrician at the nearest health facility.
I hope this helps.
