Can Bell’s Palsy Sufferers Recover With Surgery?
I have been suffering from Bell’s Palsy for 2 years, although my face has improved, but it has not healed 100%. I once read an article from HealthReplies.com that says that it can symmetrical the face with plastic surgery. If I do plastic surgery, does it still look slanted because my face is tilted due to nerve swelling. A few weeks ago I saw that micro surgery available in Surabaya can cure oblique faces (but there is no mention of Bell’s Palsy) can I get well in 2 ways? Which is more effective?
Good afternoon. Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Bell palsy is an inflammatory condition in the nerve where this usually occurs in nerve 7 so that it affects the facial area. This condition causes symptoms in the form of facial nerve palsy. Regarding the treatment of the following things like
Antivirus due to several conditions related to herpes
Anti-inflammation to relieve inflammation that occurs
Physiotherapy to help trigger the movement of facial muscles
Surgery where surgery is performed is nerve surgery that serves to trigger and repair damaged nerve conditions.
Related to the success of this matter will depend on the condition of the damage that has occurred, the portion of the damage suffered and this should be further consulted with a neurosurgeon regarding the risks and benefits to be obtained before the surgical procedure
