Can Certain Types Of Liquor Make A Person Fat?
Hello, Can certain alcohol make a person’s body fat / filled? In fact, some of my friends who often drink their body alcohol (outside) develop well. According to medical science / scientific whether the incident could occur? And what causes it to happen to (certain) bodies a person can develop / contain? Or is there a certain content in the drinking water that supports changes in the body? Thank you
Liquor or alcoholic drinks have more negatives than positives. Some of the negative effects of liquor include:
Liver disorders: hepatitis, fatty liver, cirrhosis of the liver, liver cancer Cancer: oral cancer, esophageal cancer, colon cancer, throat cancer Increase the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke Brain and nerve disorders Depression Alcohol addiction Digestive disorders Anemia Diabetes Dementia Disorders of the eye Osteoporosis Decreased immune system Erectile dysfunction Disorders of pregnancy and fetus in pregnant women Seeing from the many negative effects caused by alcohol, it would be better if your friends began to stop drinking habits so that the health of the body is more awake.
Regarding weight gain, weight gain is affected by many factors, such as:
Incoming calorie intake is greater than used Less exercise Stress Lack of sleep Consumption of certain drugs, such as corticosteroids, antidepressants, and antipsychotics Certain medical conditions, such as hypothyroidism, cushing syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome in women Often there are more than 1 factor that causes a person to rise her weight As long as the body weight is within normal limits, this is not a problem. However, when body weight has begun to overweight (seen from body mass index), it is strongly recommended to improve a healthier lifestyle with regular exercise and consumption of healthy foods and reduce calorie intake.
Hope it helps you,
