Can Consumption Of Milk Cause Difficulty Defecating?
Hi, r n r nWant to ask if milk makes it difficult to defecate. I’ve been drinking bear milk for more than a week at night, why do you have a long bowel movement so hard and the size is big? R n r nThank you
Difficulty defecating can be caused by several things, including:
Lack of body fluids. It could be due to drinking less water or sweating a lot, diarrhea, lots of BAK, and others
A low-fiber diet
Certain foods / drinks. Generally, foods contain high in carbohydrates and meat
Ignores the urge to bowel movements
Side effects of certain drugs
Bear milk is a type of cow's milk labeled bear. Just like other cow's milk, in general, it can make the digestive tract easier. But in some people, cow's milk can cause constipation.
For that, we recommend:
Watch your bowel movements if you stop consuming cow's milk within a few days
Drink lots of water at least 2 liters / day for adults weighing 50-60kg, but if you are overweight, the weather is hot, and you have more activity, then the minimum need for fluids is 4-5 liters / day
Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, avoid too many carbohydrates such as rice, cakes, noodles.
Get regular exercise
So, hopefully you can help.
