The Corona virus causes an infection called the Corona Virus Infection Disease (COVID-19) which appeared late in 2019 in Wuhan, China. Symptoms that arise when a person is infected with COVID-19 is around the symptoms of respiratory disorders such as cough, runny nose, sore throat and accompanied by fever. A person can be infected with corona virus and symptoms appear in various ways:

Accidentally inhale sprinkling of saliva (droplet) from or sneezing with COVID-19
Close contact with a person with COVID-19, such as touching, chips, or shaking hands so that the risk of inhaling droplets is higher
Hold the nose or mouth without washing hands first after touching an object affected by a COVID-19 droplet

Often we forget to wash our hands before eating or when it will touch the face and other body parts. Though it is very dangerous because many invisible microorganisms can stick to the surface of the hand. We are not even aware that whatever objects we have touched before, there may be a virus or bacteria attached to the object so that it moves into our hands after we touch it. So make it a habit to wash your hands after leaving the house, after handling, after traveling by public transportation, or at any time after you touch items. We never know where exactly the dangerous virus is, certainly there will be around us, as evidenced by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic that has been established by the WHO since early 2020.

If you have already done something risky like eating without washing your hands, then the next thing you can do is to increase your body's resistance so that it is not easily infected by various viruses. These efforts include:

Eat nutritious and balanced food
Expand vegetables and fruit
Drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses per day
Wash your hands often so that cleanliness is maintained and the risk of transmission of the virus decreases
Manage stress
Enough sleep
