Can Dry Burns Get Soap?
Good evening, I want to ask On my face there is a first-degree burn that has begun to dry, should the skin be peeled off or just leave it alone? Then since my face was hit by fire I have never washed my face with soap, but cleaned using IV water and then given an ointment. May I wash my face with soap and start using skin care? The thing is blackheads have sprung up and the face starts to break out. Thanks.
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Need to be clarified, have you checked your burns to the doctor?
Burns are several degrees. Degree 1 of a burn reflects the degree of the most minor burn, which only causes superficial damage to the skin, so that the epidermal layer is still intact. These first-degree burns often only appear as reddish skin and can also feel sore, as is often the case with sunburn (sunburn).
If you view the complaints that you submit, where your skin is burned directly by fire to peel and then dry, the possibility of your burn is not included in degree 1, but 2. Burns like this should not be left alone, but must be examined directly to the doctor. Second-degree burns can involve damage to the epidermal layer, involving some or almost all layers of the dermis. Improper handling of second degree burns has a high risk of secondary infection, wider tissue damage, and scarring that is difficult to remove.
Therefore, we recommend that you immediately check your complaint to a doctor or dermatologist to further evaluate the condition of the wound. The doctor who examines you directly later will determine whether or not you are safe to use skin care products, and if they are safe, what skin care products are appropriate for use.
In the meantime, you should not carelessly use any ointment or treatment for burns on your facial skin. Clean your burns with sterile gauze soaked with IV fluids, but don't rub excessively. Also protect your skin from direct sun exposure and irritants and other pollutants. Do not forget, drink more, eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, and always keep yourself clean, especially your facial skin.
Hope this helps ...
