Can Exercise Be Treated With Depression Treatment Patients?
hello, I am currently on treatment for depression and anxiety disorders, I want to ask if I can exercise during this therapy? thank you 🙂
Hello. Thank you for the question submitted to HealthReplies.com. We can understand the concern you feel.
In general, patients who are undergoing therapy for depression problems and anxiety disorders can still be and are supported to undergo daily activities, including popular sports activities. By continuing the preferred activity, patients can channel their feelings through positive things. This is certainly useful to support the successful handling of psychiatric problems.
You are encouraged to continue to consult with your doctor or psychiatric specialist who treats you. The doctor will evaluate whether there are certain clinical conditions that might be of particular concern before you can do sports activities, such as heart disease. If the doctor states that your condition is good for exercise, you don't need to worry about being able to continue your favorite sport.
Thus information from us. Hopefully always healthy. May be useful.
