Can It Be Known If Someone Has Been Pregnant And Miscarried?

Suppose someone has had a miscarriage when the gestational age is still a matter of weeks, will there always be a sign that the person has been pregnant during a post mortem or other checks? Or there are people who are not detected if they have experienced pregnancy and fall?

Hello Nayla, thank you for asking to HealthReplies.com.
Let me introduce myself, Dr. Rio will answer your question.
Miscarriage is the release of the conception / fetus before 20 weeks gestation. Signs and symptoms are stomach cramps, accompanied by bleeding, and out of the tissue through the vagina. After a miscarriage, it will take 3-4 months for the uterus to recover, and be ready to accommodate the next pregnancy.
Actually I do not really understand the purpose of your question. But in my opinion, it all depends on the time of the examination. If done shortly after a miscarriage, there will be found traces of bleeding, and thickening of the uterine lining due to pregnancy, but if done in the future there should be no signs of pregnancy / miscarriage beforehand.
That's all my answer, thank you very much :)
