Hello I want to ask .. u003cbr / u003e So I once had a wet dream and before ejaculation I woke up and finally I held it but still came out 2-4 drops of sperm … well after I touched it turned out my sperm was thin … automatically I was worried because I remembered I’ve never released runny sperm … So what happened to my sperm huh? Can I do a self-check to see the thickness of my sperm? Is thick sperm also not all thick (some runny mixed with thick)? because at that moment my ejaculation was withheld so I don’t know if everything was runny or did the thick sperm not come out? thanks.

Hello Rifqi, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.

Dilute semen or sperm is semen that is more runny so it is not too thick. This occurs in a number of conditions, namely before ejaculation, frequent ejaculation, oligospermia, or zinc mineral deficiency.

When you get wet dreams ejaculate while sleeping. But because you wake up before ejaculation is very likely that comes out when you hold it is a normal pre-ejaculatory fluid when runny. Thick semen usually appears after ejaculation but may experience dilution after 15-30 minutes coming out of the semen channel.

To test sperm must be done through sperm analysis conducted by a doctor. Through this examination both the quantity and quality of sperm can be determined.

That's all, hope it helps.
