Hello Wulandari, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Ovarian cysts generally do not arise due to sexually transmitted infections or other infections, and this condition is classified as a non-communicable disease so that this condition cannot be transmitted to other women or partners in intercourse.
Complaints of abdominal pain can indeed arise in patients with ovarian cysts without menstruation accompanied, but if this complaint is felt to be very severe even to cause severe vomiting, then this condition requires immediate action and immediately to the hospital emergency room to get it.
For colored fluids that come out when you have an orgasm, it should be examined further by an obstetrician for evaluation and determine what conditions cause it, such as vaginal infections due to bacteria / fungi / parasites, sexually transmitted diseases or other signs such as cervical cancer.
In the meantime, if you get certain therapies from a doctor, go through the therapy thoroughly or there is further advice from your doctor. It also doesn't matter if you really want to get checked out sooner than recommended, especially if the complaint is really bothering you. In addition to following the doctor's orders, keep your femininity clean so that you don't get infected easily.
I hope this helps.
