Good afternoon. Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com
The condition of red spots and milk allergy can be said to occur due to hypersensitivity reactions in your child's body that cause allergic symptoms when consuming milk, especially because of the protein content of milk, milk from cows, sheep, or goats, so your pediatrician recommends changing milk to php milk is partial protein which is milk that is broken down into protein so that it becomes more simplex in the hope that it will reduce the risk of allergies. Regarding the replacement to formula milk, it should be noted whether there are still allergic reactions that occur because it could trigger a more severe allergic reaction, this could be like shortness of breath swelling in the eye or lip area and if it happens it should immediately go to the hospital.
The safest change to formula milk should be consulted with your pediatrician so that the slaughter can be controlled and especially to prevent any severe allergic reactions that may occur.
