Hi Christian Wibowo,
Both sanmol and bodrex, both have the active ingredient paracetamol. Paracetamol is a drug that can be taken to relieve fever or relieve mild pain. This drug is metabolized in the liver and in excessive doses can cause damage to cells in the liver.
Fever itself can be caused by an infection in the body, but in some conditions such as hyperthyroidism or a tumor in the brain or stroke can also cause an increase in a person's temperature. Instead, consume one of the two drugs because they both have the same active content.
We recommend that you do a consultation with a doctor to conduct an examination of the fever you are experiencing to find out the cause of the fever by carrying out a physical examination and also supporting such as blood tests so that treatment can be given based on the cause of the appearance of the fever that occurs.
Some suggestions that can be done in fever conditions include getting enough rest, consuming healthy and balanced nutritious foods, especially eating lots of fruit. Take a vitamin C supplement to speed up the healing period and a warm compress to relieve fever. Drink a lot of water.
I hope this information is helpful.
