Can Tremor Be Muffled?
in a year back I like running. In short, I experienced severe cramps while running 21km from the sprint to hospitalization at the Kasih Ibu Bali hospital after a few days of recovery. But when I joined the event again with the same 21km category, there was no problem. After a few weeks at a non-running event, I was again hit by severe cramps and the diagnosis was deficient in potassium and magnesium which was lacking. But my hands or sometimes my body shakes like a tremor. Finally, I decided to check again and it was true that I had a tremor. I was advised to check with a Neurologist at the Awal Bros Bekasi hospital. Until now I have not done because it certainly requires a large fee.
Hello, thanks for the question.
A tremor is a condition in which limbs vibrate continuously inadvertently. This tremor can disrupt someone's daily life because it can interfere with activities such as writing, grasping, and so forth. The causes are many, could be due to disorders of the brain that function to regulate muscle movements. Some diseases that can cause tremors include hyperthyroidism, stroke, head injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, liver failure, side effects of drugs, etc. so. Although not life threatening, you should still consult a neurologist to find out the cause and get proper treatment because this tremor is usually a sign of a serious illness. The doctor will ask questions and answers, direct physical examination, and additional examinations such as blood tests, CT scans , MRI, and others. We recommend that you continue to do a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy and nutritious foods, especially those high in potassium, like bananas, vegetables, and other fruits, adequate fluid needs, and adequate rest.
Thus, hopefully it helps.
