Can WASIR Stage 1 Pass The TNI?
Hello, I want to recently have hemorrhoids and have checked with my doctor. He said it was still grade 1 (the hemorrhoids were still inside), can grade 1 hemorrhoids pass this test? thank you
Thank you for the question.
In admission, the TNI or POLRI classifies the health examination status into 4, namely:
Stakes 1 is a condition where there is no abnormality or disease or if there is an abnormality it is very mild or insignificant;
Stakes 2 is a condition that has a mild degree of disorder or disease that does not interfere with bodily functions;
Stakes 3 is a condition that has a moderate degree of disorder or disease that does not interfere with bodily functions;
Stakes 4 is a condition that has a serious disorder or disease that will interfere with bodily functions.
Stakes are viewed not only from 1 rating. Stakes assess from, among others:
Pulse and blood pressure
Examination of body composition including body weight and height
Blood tests which include kidney function, blood sugar, and blood routine
Examination of heart records or electrocardiography
Mental health examination
Physical examination which includes examination from head to toe including whether there are hemorrhoids or hemorrhoids or normal
Previously, I will explain what is hemorrhoid or hemorrhoids or the medical term is called hemorrhoids. Haemorrhoids are swelling that occurs due to enlarged blood vessels. The cause is an increase in blood pressure in the anal area caused by prolonged straining. Other risks that increase your chances of developing hemorrhoids include:
Frequently lifting heavy objects regularly.
Age is getting old
Continuous coughing or frequent vomiting.
Have a history in the family
Sitting often for long periods.
Having sex through the anus (anal intercourse).
The symptoms include:
Bleeding after bowel movements
The lump is palpable outside the anus. The lump can be a lump that can enter on its own or with assistance or is left outside the anus.
Swelling, pain, and redness around the anus.
The haemorrhoidal TNI stakes are included in the state of stakes 4. For the graduation of the TNI applicants, it is the authority of the organizer.
The suggestions that I can give so that hemorrhoids can disappear or prevent the condition from getting worse from hemorrhoids is to make lifestyle changes, namely:
Increase the consumption of water.
Reduce consumption of caffeine and alcoholic beverages.
Expand fibrous food
Do not delay to defecate
Get regular exercise
Hopefully my explanation can answer the question.
