Corona virus outbreak now is still worrying for the public. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is caused by a newly discovered corona virus infection. This virus can be transmitted by inhaling coughing and sneezing from sufferers, indirect transmission by touching objects contaminated with this virus then touching the nose, mouth and eyes, or by close contact with the sufferer. COVID-19 causes symptoms similar to those of a common cold such as cough, runny nose, sore throat, fever, headache, joint and muscle pain; but usually the most common symptoms are fever, coughing, and shortness of breath.


You do not need to worry too much at this time because you can do several ways to prevent getting infected with this virus, namely by:

maintain hand hygiene by regularly washing hands with soap and water or with a hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available
avoid the habit of touching the nose, mouth and eyes before washing hands
always keep the area clean
Avoid going outside unless very urgent
avoid the crowd if you have to leave the house
keep a distance from others at least 1 meter
avoid people who are coughing and colds
limit interactions with other people
