Can You Take Sulfur Bath After A Week Of Circumcision?
Hello, my son was circumcised a week ago. Is it after circumcision in the sulfur bath shower?
Good evening, thanks for the question
Sulfur or sulfur has medical benefits as an antimicrobial, keratolytic, and antifungal agent which can be used in the treatment of various skin diseases. Although the benefits are many, soaking in a sulfur pool is not recommended for skin conditions that are not intact, including in this case is after undergoing circumcision. This is because in these conditions there are parts of the skin that are not intact after the circumcision procedure, and it is estimated that after a week the circumcision of the skin tissue has not fully healed. If the patient takes a bath in sulfur water, it can irritate the skin due to its hard nature so that it can worsen the symptoms. If you want to soak in a sulfur pool should be in healthy skin conditions and not in a duration that is too long. If the wound is not yet dry it is still advisable not to be exposed to water first.
So, hopefully it can be useful.
