Can’t Get Sperm Out During Sex?
Hello. I want to ask when I’m maturing, I can release sperm, but when I have sex with my wife, how come the sperm doesn’t come out. why is that? and how to overcome it or treat it. thanks
Thank you for your question. A man is said to have an ejaculation disorder when it takes more than 30 minutes to reach orgasm and ejaculates after sexual stimulation begins or does not ejaculate at all. Ejaculation disorders when you have sex with your wife can occur because the sexual stimulation that occurs is not enough or even less precise so you can not reach orgasm. This condition can happen to anyone and can occur occasionally or even over a long period of time. Ejaculation disorders can be caused by:
psychological problems such as depression, stress or unsatisfied relationship with your partner, anxiety, fatigue, urinary tract infections, hypothyroidism, low testosterone levels, side effects of drugs, you should consult a urologist if this bothers you. The doctor needs to ask you about these complaints and examine you. If necessary, the doctor will suggest a urine test or ultrasound. If the cause is known, the doctor will suggest further treatment.
Please you try to do longer foreplay. Discuss with your wife about things that can build your sexual arousal. Create a supportive room atmosphere. Much rest. Don't forget to manage psychological stress well.
Hope this information is useful.
