Care For Hair?
I want to ask, before shampooing I usually put aloe vera on my hair. Then, when you wash your hair, can you use a hair tonic? Or just choose one for treatment? Thank you
Thank you for the question.
Aloe vera or what is also called aloevera is a plant that is often found in tropical areas such as Indonesia. The use of aloe is mostly in cosmetic or beauty products. Aloe vera contains several substances such as:
Vitamin. Aloe vera contains vitamins A, C, and E which are antioxidants and Vitamin B12, folic acid, and choline.
Enzyme. Aloe vera contains enzymes that are useful for breaking down sugars and fats.
Mineral. Aloe vera contains zinc, potassium, sodium, selenium, and magnesium which help enzymes work and some are also antioxidants.
Anthraquinones are laxatives
Fatty acids that are useful in suppressing the inflammatory process
Hormones that are useful in suppressing the inflammatory process
There are no data on side effects or interactions between aloe vera and hair tonic for its use. Basically, hair tonic and aloe have the same effect to nourish your hair. In some people, aloe can cause allergies and even severe allergies can cause death. Or the interaction between alovera and other products can trigger allergies, so it is better if aloevera is used for some time before using other products.
Some of the side effects that may arise due to using aloevera:
should not be given to pregnant and lactating women
should not be used when used together or mixed with steroids or digoxin.
The suggestions for keeping hair healthy are to do the following:
wash your hair at least 4 times a week
Avoid using heat or chemicals on the hair as they can damage the hair structure
do not tie the hair too tight
choose a shampoo that suits your scalp condition
eat a nutritionally balanced and healthy diet
avoid exposure to direct sunlight
if using a head scarf, use a headscarf with a material that absorbs sweat easily.
Hopefully my explanation can answer the question.
