Cause Black Eyelids And Itching?
Tonight doctor, I’m still 17 years old .. My eyelids often itch, and now it starts to turn black … along with black diarrhea under the eyes. Itching is usually until there is peeling skin … usually if after coming out during the day. Or sometimes suddenly like this. What is the cause for this, doctor, then what is the solution? Thank you..
Hello rezkiananda11, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Itching accompanied by skin around the blackened eyes can be caused by allergies. Blockage in the sinus area due to allergies can cause enlargement of small veins around the eyes, which then results in changes in skin color darkening. Apart from allergies, your disorder may also be caused by:
virus infection. some viral infections can cause excessive itching although rarely. scratching of the skin around the eyes can cause damage and inflammation of blood vessels around the eyes, which then leads to blackening of the skin around the eyes dry eye inflammation of the eyelids side effects of eye drops inflammation of the sclera or episclera
If you experience blurry eyes, excessive pain, red eyes that do not visit, then you should immediately go to the doctor to get further evaluation
for a while the things you can do at home include:
You can use nasal spray saline. this can clean the area in the nose from dust or powder that might trigger allergies, try to consider what things can trigger your allergies and stay away. keep in mind that food can also trigger cold compress allergies. this can reduce venous blood vessels that swell enough sleep (approximately 8 hours a day), very helpful for resting the eyes
