Cause It’s Difficult To Start Sleeping?
Hello I am Anit aged 18+ want to ask, why when I want to sleep my eyes are braking but the mind always flies everywhere and it takes so long to go to sleep, sometimes it feels a bit dizzy too. Is that why? Is it depression or stress?
Hello Anit. Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Difficulty starting sleep is called early insomnia. People with depression can indeed experience sleep disorders, but not all people with sleep disorders have depression. Insomnia can interfere with your activities during the day because you do not get enough sleep at night. The first step you need to do is improve your sleep habits. Try to always sleep and wake up at the same time every day, including holidays. Turn off your lights when you sleep and create a comfortable and quiet atmosphere in your room. Avoid sleeping during the day, increase physical activity during the day. If it's still difficult to sleep, you can try drinking a glass of warm milk at night. Avoid eating or drinking caffeine, including coffee, tea, soda, and chocolate. Avoid overeating or exercising too much at night. Do not bring sailing equipment (including mobile phones, laptops, tablets or TVs) to your bed. Try also so that you are not exposed to cigarette smoke.
That's all information from me. I hope this helps.
