Cause Not Pregnant?
I’ve been married for 3 years but haven’t gotten pregnant yet. When I have sex with my husband, I feel like I’ve never reached a climax, even though the duration of intercourse is a bit long. My question is doctor, is that a factor in not being pregnant? Thanks.
Climax in intercourse has nothing to do with pregnancy. Pregnancy will occur if the sperm cell fertilizes the egg. For fertilization to occur, healthy eggs and sperm cells are needed, reproductive organs in good condition, and hormonal stability.
There are several conditions that can affect the occurrence of pregnancy, including:
Poor sperm quality, poor egg cells, reproductive organ problems: scar tissue, blocked tubes, abnormal uterus, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis Other medical conditions: pelvic adhesions, thyroid disease, malignancy, infection Old age Early menopause Psychological stress and fatigue physical Unhealthy lifestyle Have you and your husband consulted with a gynecologist about this? I suggest that you and your husband check with your gynecologist first. The doctor will carry out the necessary examinations to determine the condition of your fertility and your husband's fertility and to find out the cause of the difficult conditions you are experiencing. Furthermore, the doctor will be able to provide the most appropriate treatment and pregnancy program for you and your husband.
Some tips to speed up pregnancy that can be done include:
Regularly have sex without contraception 3-4x/week Try to have sex during your fertile period Have a healthy lifestyle Exercise regularly and maintain an ideal weight Get enough rest and try not to get tired Consume folic acid Increase consumption of sperm-enhancing foods and fertility foods Always think positively and manage stress well The following article relates to the topic of your question:
