Exposure to sunlight and pollutants in the outside air can indeed trigger acne. However, not only that, acne can also appear due to various other factors, including:
Hormonal fluctuations (including during puberty) Psychological stress, for example when you are under stress, fear, sadness, or excessive anxiety Diets high in carbohydrates, high in cholesterol Inappropriate use of skin care products (including anti-acne products) Poor personal hygiene is not well maintained Other diseases Because of its multifactorial causes, it is not enough to treat acne solely with the use of ordinary anti-acne drugs. You also need to balance it with a variety of natural treatments, for example:
Wash your face more diligently in the morning and evening, use a mild cleansing soap that suits your skin type Get rid of excessive stress or anxiety Don't handle acne-prone skin with dirty hands Drink plenty of water Eat lots of fruit and vegetables Don't get used to sleeping late night Use sunscreen when outdoor activities Avoid pollution, excessive sun exposure Do not smoke Overcoming acne can not be done instantly. It can take at least 2 to 4 weeks to see significant improvement in skin with acne. As long as you consistently do the tips above, acne is usually not a serious problem.
However, if your complaint still does not improve even though you have consistently carried out the steps above, you should not hesitate to go to a doctor or specialist in skin and genitalia so that treatment is given according to the type of acne and your skin type.
I hope this helps.
