Cause Often Feel Excessive Fear?
I’m 27 years old, I’ve had this attack for one year and it’s not getting better. I’ve gone to the clinic to ask for a referral to a psychiatrist but I was referred to a neurologist. But after I checked the head, I don’t need a psychiatrist. Now I haven’t recovered and I’m always afraid of things that haven’t been done. It happened until I got gastric acid which never healed.
The discipline of psychiatry (psychiatry) is still related to the discipline of neurology, the doctor who has examined you must have considered that he will eventually refer you to a neurologist, who from the information obtained from the examination is more likely to have a neurological disorder. .
Excessive fear will increase the production of stomach acid even more, and not infrequently people in a state of fear and anxiety usually feel abdominal pain and even have frequent bowel movements. Try to re-analyze yourself about what causes Echa to be afraid and worried whether she is experiencing a problem, or maybe she is carrying out a task (eg presentation, appearing in public, etc.), the relationship with someone is not good , feel ashamed of someone, etc
Panic attack disorder (panic attack) is actually not a dangerous condition, the person may feel himself having difficulty breathing, chest pain (so that he thinks he has a heart attack), palpitations, sweating a lot, nausea, dizziness, and even fainting. However, the diagnosis of a panic attack must go through an assessment by a doctor first, so don't immediately think that when the characteristics of a panic attack are similar to those experienced and then conclude that the person has a panic attack disorder. Mental health and the human mind is a complicated and complex matter, so doctors also need to examine various aspects including physical/physical health to through mental health interviews to be able to explore and dig up more information. Because after all, physical health problems can also cause mental problems.
If after undergoing treatment but the complaints have not reduced/improved, then Echa is expected to return to the doctor for control for further assessment. As for what Echa can try to do to help reduce these complaints is to manage stress well, then do work well in advance of the due date (D day), so as not to be chased by anxiety or worry.
