Hello Pikanto, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
The condition where the foreskin cannot be pulled back is called phimosis. This condition is not a normal condition but is actually quite common. Basically, a baby boy is born with a tight foreskin, but over time, the foreskin will get loose and usually will be pulled back at the age of approximately 5-7 years. However, there are also several conditions that can cause phimosis (called pathological phimosis). Pathological phimosis is the occurrence of scarring of the foreskin which causes the foreskin to stiffen and cannot be pulled back. This scarring can occur due to trauma, infection, or inflammation that occurs before the foreskin. Some complications that can occur from this condition include:
recurrent balanitis urinary tract infections foresighting each time urinating symptoms of obstruction in the urinary tract and pain when urinating bleeding from the urethra pain when erect etc. If you experience the problems above, you can consult directly with a urologist to be done evaluation and further management of your problem. The main therapy that may be recommended by your doctor is circumcision or circumcision. Other therapies that might be tried are topical steroids which can help flex the foreskin (usually given to children if phimosis is still classified as normal physiological / phimosis).
For now, don't push too hard to pull your foreskin back to prevent injury and scar tissue formation which will aggravate the stiffness of the foreskin. Clean the head of your penis as much as possible while bathing, avoid using certain chemicals in the penis area.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
