Cause There Is A Sense Of Wanting To Defecate But Not Out?
if you want to defecate but the cause doesn’t come out what is it ??
Hello Endi, thank you for asking.
As you might have guessed, the symptoms as you experience them are most commonly caused by constipation. In conditions of constipation, faeces tend to be dense and hard due to low fiber content and water content. Stool that is too dense causes the urge from intestinal contractions not strong enough to push the stool out. As a result stool stuck in the large intestine even though there is a heartburn want to bowel. Stool is getting harder and harder, so constipation is getting heavier.
Other causes may be conditions such as intestinal infections or irritable bowel disease. These conditions can cause heartburn more often, outside the time for bowel movements. But usually accompanied by diarrhea.
You can try to:
Drink plenty of water, about 2 L per day.
Increase consumption of vegetables and fruit.
Regular exercise 3-5 times a week. For example jogging or cycling.
Squatting position when defecating is more natural for the process of defecation compared to sitting position.
Avoid eating processed foods or junk foods that are low in fiber.
If there is no improvement, you should consult a doctor. Your doctor may need an ultrasound or an x-ray to assess the condition of your intestines.
Thus my short answer. Regards.
