Cause Women Feel Cold, Trembling And Body Temperature Increases?
Good morning, last night I woke up with a cold despite wearing a thick blanket, then when trying to stretch my body muscles suddenly vibrate until my teeth are chattering and I am forced to continue to stretch my muscles, for one hour I keep shaking but not continuously, there is a time period starting from an interval of 2 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes until finally falling asleep again and waking up my body temperature slightly increased but my feet remained very cold. And accompanied by palpitations and stomach aches, why should that be?
Hello Rohilatul, thank you for your question to HealthReplies.com
Shivering can occur due to muscle contractions and relaxation that occur quickly. Shivering can occur due to many possible causes, but the most common cause of shivering is cold ambient air temperature and fever or increased body temperature. Some other possible causes of chills include:
side effects of hypoglycemia drugs (low blood sugar) hypothyroidism emotional malnutrition is high or certain psychological disorders In your case, should be analyzed further, whether indeed when you experience these chills the air around you is indeed cold. Even if you use a blanket, you can still be cold if it is cold enough. You can also measure body temperature objectively with a thermometer. If indeed your body feels warm or you have a fever, then the chills that you experience may be caused by your fever. Fever itself is very much the cause, but the most common cause is infection. If indeed you have a fever, then the cause of this fever should be sought.
If this condition only happens once, then you have nothing to worry about. But if indeed you continue to feel cold, often shivering in all situations (even at temperatures that are not too cold though), you should check yourself to the doctor for further evaluation. For now, use thicker clothes or use layered clothes to make your body feel warmer. If you have a fever, you can take anti-fever drugs such as paracetamol to help deal with your discomfort and chills due to your fever.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
