Hello, I’m a professional student at the State University in Depok. May 15, 2019 ago, my mental condition was very down after fighting with my parents accompanied by various problems that were piled up in the back until it was really “unable to focus and could not do my work as usual. I realized there was something wrong with my mental, remembering me I experienced a lot of traumatic events from childhood. I tried a depression test that day from the UK mental health foundation, metal health America u0026amp; Canadian mental health association, and the results were similar. From the UK the results were “Your positive mental health score is below the national average , from the United States, I immediately stated that I was mild depression, and from Canada said that you were approaching the danger zone. I have not been able to go to a psychiatrist because of economic limitations, no one from my family knows this because the source of my depression from my opinion is my parents, so far only 2 of my friends know it without telling me the reason why I am depressed because I am not willing to tell all problems in my family. What should I do? Are there institutions that can provide free psychology guidance? Thank you very much.
