I wrote a student at one of the state universities in Bandung. I want to consult about the complaints that I experienced. ever since I was little I always experienced a sudden change of mood, to the worst now when I had started growing up. sometimes my feelings are very happy and uplifting but suddenly my feelings really want to be angry but for no apparent reason. finally I often kept quiet and was reluctant to meet other people or talk with others. if asked why? I don’t even know myself, because there is no clear reason why I’m suddenly angry and upset like that. without even realizing it, I want to hurt myself, like my hand hitting a wall very hard, slashing my own hand or finger with a sharp object, banging my head against the wall with a feeling of anger that rises. not infrequently, the intention to commit suicide also likes to come suddenly.
