Causes And Overcoming Stress Until Nausea Vomiting?
Hello, I’m Debi 21 years old. Lately, I am experiencing endless stress and I also have a history of heartburn. But, every time I eat and remember an event that triggers my stress, there is a feeling of nausea and want to vomit. Is it affected by ulcers or because I am stressed too much? Thank you
Heartburn is a symptom of pain and heat in the stomach which can be accompanied by other complaints such as nausea, vomiting, flatulence, frequent belching, farting, feeling full quickly, and sometimes diarrhea.
Symptoms of heartburn can be felt in several conditions such as stomach acid disease, gastritis, unhealthy lifestyles (including smoking, alcohol consumption, too spicy and oily foods), side effects of certain drugs, disorders of the pancreas, and gallstones.
Heartburn can also be aggravated when the body experiences stress. When stressed, a person will be more sensitive and stomach acid is also easier to irritate the stomach so that discomfort in the stomach will feel more severe. This is what might cause complaints of nausea appear when you are stressed. Stress triggers heartburn so that the symptoms are getting worse.
But please also note that nausea can also be caused by other illnesses, such as motion sickness, morning sickness, overeating, smell pungent, liver disorders, vertigo, and migraines. To ensure that it needs a direct examination.
To help reduce nausea, you can do the following tips:
Try to manage stress well
Get enough rest
Eat small, frequent meals
Avoid foods that are too spicy, flavorful or seasoned too strong, oily
Drink a lot of water
Try to eat regularly
If the symptoms of heartburn appear, you can consume heartburn drugs that are sold first
If nausea becomes more frequent or you start to feel disturbed and it becomes difficult to eat, you should consult a doctor directly so that further tests can be done to ascertain the cause of the nausea you feel and evaluate your heartburn history. Furthermore, you will be able to be given a more optimal treatment by the doctor.
Hope it helps you,
