Good afternoon, thank you for asking to HealthReplies.com.
Chest area pain can be caused by several things related to organs in the chest area such as bones, muscles, lungs, and heart. Some things that might happen are
Injury to the muscles where this is commonly associated with collision or trauma to the chest area can usually occur bruising on the muscle that will feel pain, especially when there is chest movement such as breathing, but usually the intensity of pain will range between mild to moderate
Bone injury can be related to more severe trauma and usually more severe pain. Can occur inadequate breathing movements where when breathing chest movements inward if this happens you should immediately be taken to the nearest hospital.
Damage to the lung tissue or pneumothorax is a condition associated with trauma, usually shortness of breath can be accompanied by pain when breathing. This can be done by a doctor's examination and a definitive diagnosis with plain photographs.
To overcome the cause because it has been going on for quite a long time and it feels compelling you should consult a doctor. This is to prevent conditions that are increasingly disturbing and can be dealt with quickly.
Some things that should be avoided are
Repeated trauma to the chest area
Exposure to smoke or cigarettes that aggravate the tightness conditions
That's the thing we can say. May be useful. Thank you
