1 Answer:
Regards,
With a history of previous blood stools and gastric disorders, it indicates the presence of gastric acid disease which may often recur, especially if you do not prevent and avoid the risk factors.
Some of the risk factors that trigger gastric complaints are:
1. late to eat
2. Consumption of spicy food, noodles, meatballs, fried rice, coffee, soda, spicy pecel, snacks, soft drinks
3. alcohol consumption and/or smoking habits
4. easily stressed or anxious
5. sleep late
6. physical exhaustion
7. liver trouble
If you are currently experiencing complaints of fever, cough and runny nose, then this can aggravate your stomach complaints. Therefore, to prevent respiratory complaints and gastric complaints from getting worse, you should consult your family doctor or your internal medicine doctor.
The doctor will help determine the cause of your gastric complaints, either by interview, physical examination and ultrasound examination, endoscopy, or blood tests that can be done to help diagnose.
What you need to do is:
1. avoid risk factors
2. Do a healthy lifestyle
3. have enough water
4. get enough rest and not late at night
That's the information we can convey, also read GERD.
