Causes Breast Out Of Blood Before Menstruation?
Hello, I want to ask. I would have been before menstruation for my breasts to always shed like blood. Dangerous or not? Or is it just the influence of hormones? I’ve been to the doctor before but still still. Thanks
Good evening, thanks for the question
Fluid that comes out of the nipple can be related to hormonal changes during menstruation and fibrocystic changes in the breast besides the conditions of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Papilloma is a benign tumor that often gives symptoms of reddish fluid containing blood from the nipple. The situation generally occurs spontaneously and involves just one breast.
The condition can heal spontaneously, but a previous evaluation should be done, namely through an ultrasound examination of the breast and nipple area. If the ultrasound examination found abnormalities in the milk-producing glands, further investigation is needed, namely tissue biopsy to confirm the diagnosis of papilloma and rule out the condition of breast malignancy.
The likelihood of malignancy remains small (10% of cases). Beware if accompanied by complaints of lumps in only one breast.
Carry out further consultations with your doctor for further examinations.
That's all, hope you can help
