Causes Chills And Dizziness After Gallstone Surgery?
Good afternoon … I have passed 3 weeks after gallstone surgery … but why am I walking around 200m, I immediately feel dizzy right? Is it because you haven’t recovered yet or what do you think thanks?
Good evening, thanks for the question
The most common complaints felt after performing surgery include surgical scar pain, nausea, headache, and dizziness. These complaints are influenced by the effects of anesthesia, anesthesia duration, age, and type of surgery. In addition to the above factors, dizziness symptoms can also be caused by cuts on the ex-surgery skin which will stimulate the nerves to deliver pain signals to the brain.
To relieve postoperative symptoms of dizziness, you can do the following:
1. Lie down and close your eyes
2. Drink more water
3. Reduce stress
4. Do not smoke and consume alcohol
5. Get enough rest
In normal conditions postoperative complaints will decrease because the body normally recovers. However, if the complaint is even more burdensome, you should consult directly with a doctor to be able to do the examination.
That's all, hope you can help.
