Causes Frequent Feeling Short Of Breath?
, I am Octa Widya, aged 17 7 months. r nMaybe from a young age, yes, but I understand that it was only in junior high school. Why is it every time tingling or feeling pain in the body when being hit, sore, pinched, bumped or whatever, why am I having shortness of breath? Please provide information.
Shortness of breath can be caused by many things. There are triggers that, like you, may be related or not. Some things that might be related such as:
Trauma Phobia Hyperalgesia
Trauma or a frightening incident in the past can be a trigger for shortness of breath that you experience after the trigger you experienced, especially if your trauma was caused by one or more of these actions. Phobia or excessive fear of something or actions above can also be a trigger for shortness of breath. Hyperalgesia or excessive pain conditions can also cause shortness of breath, where in people with this condition, the pain feels heavier than in normal people with the same trigger.
If indeed you are in doubt about the situation you are experiencing, it's a good idea to see a doctor. The doctor needs a deeper history or examination directly to determine the condition you are experiencing. Therapy will be given to you if you really need it later.
I hope this helps.
