Good morning Bagus Ardianto, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
At certain points throughout the body, including the hands and feet, the heartbeat can indeed be felt, and this is normal and is called a pulse, so if you feel a pulse at points that can indeed be felt, it is normal thing.
For heart palpitations, this can be caused by disorders of the heart rhythm (arrhythmia), disruption of nerve regulation of the heart muscle (heart block), or swelling of the heart (heart failure). However, to ensure the presence or absence of interference with your heart, and determine which conditions you are experiencing, this is not only based on complaints or physical examination results, this should be further ascertained regarding some additional examinations such as heart record (ECG) , chest x-rays, or even echocardiography to see various conditions and functions of your heart. After that, the diagnosis of your disease can be determined and also what therapy is needed.
In the meantime, the best recommendation is to check your complaint with your doctor. If after evaluating it is indeed suspected that there is an abnormality in your heart, your doctor will refer you to a cardiologist to ensure you get optimal therapy.
I hope this helps.
