Good evening, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. We understand your concern. Irregular menstrual conditions itself is actually only a symptom, so it can not be used as a benchmark whether this is dangerous or not for you. What can be used as a benchmark is what causes you to experience irregular periods. For example, the same as coughing. If you cough just because of a viral infection in the upper respiratory tract, that's fine and can heal on its own. But if you cough because of cancer, then that is clearly dangerous for your health.
So you need to know that irregular periods can occur due to various causes, including:
Being on a diet program consuming too much greasy and fatty food Sports too extreme Smoking both active and passive Fatigue or too much activity Thyroid hormone disorders Female hormonal disorders Pregnancy Overweight or underweight Increasing and falling weight Too drastically Lack of sleep Stress or mental pressure Using hormonal contraception So it is important to examine which conditions best represent your current situation. Is there one of the above or even outside of it. Therefore, we recommend that you consult your problem with your obstetrician, for a thorough examination, including using ultrasound, to determine the best tendencies and treatments.
Meanwhile, because as you can see there are many factors of daily conditions, it is also important for you to live a healthy lifestyle, namely by avoiding cigarette smoke and alcohol, maintaining ideal body weight, regular exercise according to ability, adequate rest, and managing stress well. So, hopefully answering your question.
