Causes Lazy To Interact With Other People To Anxiety?
a good afternoon. I am a college student last semester. I want to ask, what do I experience symptoms of depression? So since I was working on my final project, I was still diligently coming to campus. but for a long time without me realizing I was increasingly reluctant to go out of the room. this happened continuously for a long time. I became often confined myself in the room. until my friends who were worried because they rarely saw me finally came to my place. But I still did not want to see them. I feel uncomfortable and don’t want to meet. I also feel scared out of nowhere, when I have thoughts of coming to campus. My sleep schedule also began to be irregular, my eating schedule and so on. I spend a lot of time in the room. This condition is also getting worse because I also started to not dare to open messages on WhatsApp specifically for academic communication. My close friends also have difficulty contacting me because I don’t pick up their phones. I don’t feel scared (?) or uncomfortable. I didn’t tell my family, because I am the type that is rather difficult to tell other people. even though I actually want to. but finally some time ago I told my sister. but the response actually made me even more down, he blg it was only because I was lazy. From then on my mind began to get messed up. I feel more pressured, plus the question from my parents, when I graduated from college. I ventured to contact a psychologist, but the schedule was still more than a week. Are these symptoms of depression? and how to overcome it before my consul’s schedule arrives? Thank you very much for the advice

Conditions You are lazy out of the room, lazy to interact with others, the heart feels uncomfortable, haunted by fear and sadness for no apparent reason, to experience sleep disorders, eating disorders actually do not always refer to psychiatric disorders, such as depression. It is possible that this series of complaints is only part of the stress that you are experiencing due to being overwritten by a serious problem that you think is related to your academic assignment. If you are able to react well, this condition should improve by itself after the task you finish well. Conversely, if you fail to react wisely, you will be more prone to falling into a psychiatric disorder, not only depression, but also post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, psychiatric disorders affected by alcohol or drugs, and so on. If it's like this, not your academic achievement can be disrupted, but also your social life, family relationships and your kinship, even you can tend to take actions that could potentially endanger yourself, as well as other people around you.
Actions that you do are actually right, do not hesitate to consult your complaints directly to experts, such as psychologists or psychiatrists. Thus, an in-depth psychiatric interview can be conducted to detect whether your condition is reasonable, or whether it is classified as a psychiatric disorder that requires further management.
Suggestions that we can recommend right now for you:
Realize that each person is tested by God with different tests according to their abilities, not just you
If God tests you, it means that He believes you can handle it well, therefore, the problem does not need to be thought too complicated, but instead focus on finding a solution
Like the activities that you do, including your academic activities
Try to do your job well, leave the results to God
Be process oriented, not merely results
Do not hesitate to ask for help from those around you if you have trouble finding solutions to the problems you face
Make the opinions of those around you a whip to be a better person, don't make that pressure
Think positive about other people, yourself, and God's destiny in your life
Live a healthy lifestyle, stay away from drugs and alcohol
Keep yourself busy with productive activities, don't be too often daydreaming and aloof
Hope this helps ...
