Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Low blood pressure or hypotension is blood pressure whose systolic value is below 90 mmHg or its diastolic value is below 60 mmHg. Blood pressure is measured using a tool called tensimeter. In order to produce the right value empty the bladder first, rest for 5 minutes before the measurement, take the measurement while sitting or lying down and do it on both the left and right arms (to be used as a comparison). Blood pressure can change at any time, depending on the current activity or activity.
Hypotension is common in someone who is dehydrated (either due to lack of drinking or diarrhea or vomiting), a change in position from lying down or sitting to standing suddenly (orthostatic hypotension), bacterial infection that spreads in the blood (sepsis), heart disease, reactions severe allergies (anaphylactic) and others. The hypotension that you experience can be momentary or it can be normal (ie in someone who regularly exercise or someone with a history of congenital heart disease). However, it is very necessary to be attentive if it happens repeatedly.
I suggest that you should consult with an internist whom you trust. Ask for recommendations with people around you. So that you can be tested gradually to find out the cause.
If you change the doctor a lot, it causes the treatment and examination you are undergoing to be undirected with many branches of destination. Because in essence each doctor will have a different mindset in dealing with each patient.
Meanwhile, you can increase salt consumption than usual. Multiply consume water. Avoid long standing positions.
I hope you get better soon.
Thus hopefully useful.
