Causes Nausea After Eating Soup?
Hello, my doctor is a single woman, I want to ask, I was eating the soup from yesterday but it’s heated today. But for some reason after I eat the soup and rice my stomach feels nauseous. I can’t possibly get pregnant because I don’t have sex with anyone. Then what about me?
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically nausea is not always caused by pregnancy. Nausea after eating certain foods is more often caused by infections of the gastrointestinal tract or food poisoning due to contamination of the food you eat. Other possible causes of nausea are stomach upset (such as gastritis, peptic ulcer, or GERD), eating too much, eating too spicy, too acidic, or too oily, side effects of drugs, allergic to food, other diseases (such as migraines) , blockages in the gastrointestinal tract, hepatitis, vertigo, etc.).
You should not have to worry too much first. Even if you do experience gastrointestinal infections or food poisoning, these two conditions also don't always require certain medications and can heal on their own in a few days. Some things you can do right now:
Observe the symptoms that you are experiencing. If you experience vomiting until you cannot eat or drink at all, or diarrhea until you experience symptoms of dehydration, or if you see blood in your vomit or feces, go to the doctor immediately. Drink more fluids if you experience vomiting or diarrhea Eating foods that are soft and easy to swallow for a while Avoid eating foods that are too spicy, sour, and too greasy Consumption of bland foods can help reduce nausea in some people Consumption of ginger water can also be help reduce nausea in some people Make sure you always eat food that is guaranteed cleanliness and always pay attention to hand hygiene when eating or preparing food
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
