Hello Isfan, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.

Acne is a condition where reddish spots form on some parts of the body due to hair follicles covered in oil and dead skin cells. Acne is generally common in teenagers to around 30s. There are several factors that can cause acne, including:

Excessive sebum production, sebum is a substance produced by the oil glands to maintain skin moisture
Hormonal factors
There is a bacterial infection of the skin
Too much friction
As a result of psychological stress
As a result of using certain drugs
Lack of personal hygiene
Use of certain cosmetics or products

In the meantime what you can do include:

Routinely clean your face with an appropriate facial washing soap

Avoid holding faces before grandchildren hands
Avoid dust, pollution, and cigarette smoke
Consume lots of water
Increase consumption of fiber such as fruits and vegetables
Manage stress
Do not smoke and consume alcohol

If your complaint does not improve, it's a good idea to check with your dermatologist for further examination and treatment related to your condition.

So much information from me, hopefully it helps.
