Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Menstrual disorders are conditions that are often encountered by women of childbearing age. In general, menstrual disorders can be encountered by women at some time in their menstrual cycles.
Some of the conditions below can trigger menstrual disorders:
1. disorders of hormonal balance
2. stress or anxiety
3. physical fatigue
4. ovarian cyst
5. pregnant
6. Use of KB tools
7.obesity
8. metabolic disorders, such as thyroid hormone disorders, diabetes
To find out the cause of menstrual disorders, especially if complaints of menstrual disorders recur, it is advisable to have direct consultation with an obstetrician, so that the doctor can conduct interviews, physical examinations, and necessary investigations, such as blood tests or ultrasound examinations. The results of the examination will be a reference for doctors to provide care and treatment.
Regarding your question, lack of drinking does not cause menstrual disorders in your body. But if you feel excessive physical fatigue, lack of sleep to stress, then these things can trigger complaints of menstrual disorders that you experience. So if you work all day, or when your work is finished, you should rest and at night avoid sleeping late. When complaints of physical fatigue accumulate and may be accompanied by anxiety, then the balance of your female hormones can be disrupted which affects menstrual disorders. Take care of your physical and rest a few days hinder menstruation, thus, it is expected that you do not experience menstrual disorders.
However, if you still experience menstrual complaints in the next cycle, then you should consult directly with your obstetrician as described above. Thus, your complaint can recover and get better soon.
